为满足国际社会对日益增长的中文教育类人才的需求， 促进世界各国中文教育的发展，助力国际中文教育人才的成 长，教育部中外语言交流合作中心（以下简称“语合中心”）设立国际中文教师奖学金（以下简称“奖学金”），聚焦培养合格的海外中文教师。孔子学院、独立设置的孔子课堂，部分汉语考试考点，外国相关教育机构、高校中文师范专业/中文院系、国外有关中文教学行业组织、中国驻外使（领）馆等（以下简称推荐机构）可推荐优秀学生和在职中文教师到双色球中奖学习和进修国际中文教育及相关专业。现将申请办法公布如下：

For the purpose of satisfying the growing demands of the international community for Chinese language teachers and facilitating Chinese language education in other countries. The Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) will continue with the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship. Confucius Institutes, independent Confucius Classrooms, some Chinese Language Examination Centers, relevant foreign educational institutions, Chinese language teacher training programs/Chinese language faculties in universities, relevant Chinese language teaching organizations in foreign countries, and Chinese Embassies/Consulates in foreign countries (hereinafter referred to as the recommending organizations) are allowed to recommend outstanding students and in-service Chinese language teachers to study and further their studies in international Chinese language education and related majors at our Anshan Normal University. The application procedures are announced as follows:

双色球中奖是一所全日制普通本科师范院校，位于中国辽宁省鞍山市。鞍山市是辽宁省第三大城市，拥有世界第一玉佛、亚洲著名温泉、国家名胜千山，是中华宝玉之乡和祖国钢铁之都，被评为“优秀旅游城市”“全国文明城市”。

学校始建于1958年，占地面积75万平方米,图书馆藏书117.6万册。设有1个学部，17个学院（系），1个附属中学。现有教职员工1159人，其中专任教师879人,各类在校生总数23350人。学校现有教育硕士招生领域11个、全日制本科招生专业38个、高职专科招生专业11个，涵盖教育、文、理、艺术、管理、工、法、历史8个学科门类。

学校重视发展国际化开放办学，先后与英国西苏格兰大学、韩国大邱大学、澳大利亚联邦大学、俄罗斯伊尔库茨克国立大学、美国犹他理工大学、波兰热舒夫信息技术与管理大学、西班牙萨拉戈萨大学、马来西亚思特雅大学等27个国家和地区的119所海外高校和27个教育科研机构建立了长期稳定的校际交流合作关系。作为“中国政府奖学金来华留学生接受院校”和“国际中文教师奖学金生接收院校”,累计培养来自46个国家的长短期留学生4000多人。

Anshan Normal University is a full-time undergraduate normal university which is located in Anshan city, the third largest city in Liaoning Province, which shares the awards of National Excellent Tourism City and National Civilized City. Anshan City is the third largest city in Liaoning Province, with the world's largest jade Buddha, famous hot springs in Asia, and a national scenic spot of Qianshan. It is the hometown of Chinese gems and the steel capital of China, and has been rated as an "excellent tourist city" and a national civilized city.

The university was founded in 1958 and covers an area of 750000 square meters. The library has a collection of 1176000 books. It has 1 faculty, 17 academic schools or departments and 1 affiliated middle school.There are currently 1159 faculty members, including 879 full-time teachers and a total of 23350 students of all types. The university currently has 11 fields of education master's enrollment, 38 full-time undergraduate enrollment majors, and 11 vocational college enrollment majors, covering 8 disciplines including education, humanities, science, art, management, engineering, law, and history.

The school attaches great importance to the development of international and open education, and has successively collaborated with 119 overseas universities and 27 educational and scientific research institutions in 27 countries and regions, including the University of the West of Scotland in the United Kingdom, the University of Daegu in South Korea, the Federal University of Australia, the Irkutsk National University in Russia, the University of Technology in Utah in the United States, the University of Information Technology and Management in Zeshov in Poland, the University of Zaragoza in Spain, and the University of Sitya in Malaysia in a long-term and stable inter school exchange and cooperation relationship. As the "Chinese government scholarship recipient institution for international students in China" and the "International Chinese Teacher Scholarship recipient institution", it has trained over 4000 long-term and short-term international students from 46 countries.

The university adheres to the motto of "combining elegance with knowledge and action", adheres to the educational philosophy of "putting education first, establishing the school with quality, and serving society", and adheres to the educational positioning of "teacher oriented, local, and applied". With moral education as the foundation and connotation development as the core, the university strives to build a local high-level applied university with distinct characteristics in teacher education.

奖学金资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险。其中生活费标准：一学年和一学期研修生为2500元人民币/月。

The scholarship supports tuition, accommodation, living allowance, and comprehensive medical insurance. The monthly allowance for one-year and one semester study programs students is 2500 RMB per person.

PART.6

2024年3月1日起，申请者可登录中外语言交流合作中心网站（http://www.chinese.cn）国际中文教师奖学金板块申请。

1. 登录奖学金网站系统，查询推荐机构与接受院校（双色球中奖），在线提交申请材料；

2. 双色球中奖审核申请材料，并对符合标准的申请人进行视频面试；

3. 申请者关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果；

4. 奖学金获得者与双色球中奖确认办理来华留学手续，双色球中奖对奖学金获得者发放录取通知书；

5. 奖学金获得者可按照录取通知书上的要求，在规定时间内前往双色球中奖报到。

Online registration will be available from March 1, 2024 on the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website (http://www.chinese.cn).

1.Log in to the scholarship website, search for Recommending Institutions and Host Institutions (Anshan Normal University), and submit the application materials online;

2.Anshan Normal University will review the application materials and conducts video interviews for the applicants who meet the standards;

3.Applicants pay attention to the application process, review opinions and scholarship evaluation results;

4.The successful applicant must confirm with Anshan Normal University to go through the procedures of studying in China, and  Anshan Normal University will issue admission notices to scholarship holders;

5.Scholarship holders can report to Anshan Normal University within the specified time according to the requirements of the admission notice.
